We also offer Operations Start-Up Services. This phase encompasses the initial setup of the cold storage facility, which includes the installation of equipment, configuration of systems, and ensuring all components are functioning correctly before the facility is fully operational in terms of IT, HR, Finance, and the Operations departments.
